Logistics Account Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results driven individual(s) to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect and Cultivate relationships with customers and carriers to move freight
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet in exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new and existing customers strategically through planned daily solicitation via cold calling, email, social media, referrals and other networking opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and sharing their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Create innovative solutions for your customers through our portfolio of services
  • Conduct thorough research on market, trends, competitors and industry developments to stay informed and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive, sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including operations and upper management to ensure seamless delivery service to clients.
  • Use our list of supply chain services to meet the needs of customers
  • Be the main contact between customers, carriers, shippers and receiver.

Experience:

  • Freight Brokerage Sales experienced preferred
  • Proven track record of success in sales if you do not have industry experience.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and establish long lasting relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated in German with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Tolerance to ambiguity and the ability to overcome barriers
  • Able to work within a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to handle conflict and provide insightful resolution with the mindset to prevent future issues
  • Honest, strong work ethic, resourceful and possess effective negotiation skills
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • College degree is preferred, but not required
